JQUERY and scripts in WP

Hey guys,

I want a little advice. I am an amateur programmer, and I am playing with WP. Now, Id like to put some Jquery into wordpress site. I found few manuals how to put script into a specific page-content.php . The problem is, that Id like to put script into a page, which was made through martinpodlesak.com/wp-admin .

Is there some place, in the WP directories, where I can just simply put my JQUERY function and then call it in HTML editor or something like that via shortcode or whatever?
