Tell me How to get ride of this .. 2.7

  • Man this 2.7 thing is a real pain.
    Using it for 2 weeks now and this sux big time.
    Forget the flash uploader cause it doesn’t work (3 blogs installed)
    Don’t try to re edit an old page because 2.7 doesn’t allow this.
    Get an old page, fix it and …. wooohoooo a blank page appears … of course the modifications are lost to …
    It’s also a real war with the plugins installed … the best is to simply drop the whole damn crap because they doesn’t auto anything anymore.
    In fact I think that 2.7 will get more people out of WP as in WP.

    Please tell me how to get ride of this or eventually the whole platforme as I have enough of the 3 times the week WP upgrades and spending 85% of the time getting this thing working instead bloggin …

    what are you asking? Now you are asking a different question..

    getting rid of something is not the same as rolling back to another version …..

    what is it, exactly, that you want to to do?

    In the paragraph you spent complaining, you could have been more explicit about what you wanted.

    Well, that’s not the question you really asked, is it?

    2.7 works fine, and none of the problems you are experiencing are supposed to happen. Meaning that something is wrong with your particular installation.

    See, when your site doesn’t work right, then it’s your site that is not working right. WordPress itself works fine for many, many people.

    So if you have a specific problem that you want solved, you should ask a specific question about how to solve that problem. We’re not miracle workers. We can’t wave a magic wand and fix your site.

    why does not someone create a WP magic plugin/widget that could crawl the installation and report the troubles.
    in fact I am not asking that someone fix my site, I am trying to understand why WP is working and why – sudenly – it doesn’t work anymore, or seems to be not more interested in working or whatever..

    the specific question is :

    I take a post / page to upgrade, when it’s done, I click upgrade post/page then the thing send me to a blank page, I click browser back and the upgrade is gone …
    now let’s take the thing with “correcting typos” on a + 5000 words post and after 40 or 60 minutes reading and correcting you click and – wam – the magic of WP did again operate … and all the work is lost …
    How do you think this sux ?
    Now I agree I could have tested 20 or even 50 new plugins and screwed up the whole thing ! but I didn’d – nothing zero nada …
    I was posting and it doesn’t post anymore …

    now I am gonna got sit on the dock and write a letter to myself …
