Where is the thumbnail size setting in 2.7?

In WP 2.6 you could go into the “Miscellaneous” menu and set small and medium sizes for your thumbnails that would work for every post you made. In 2.7 that option is missing under the “Miscellaneous” page. Please tell me it was moved somewhere else and if so, where?

This was a great feature for me since I needed my images to be a certain size that matched my theme. I’m stunned that it looks like this feature was removed (especially after the long thread from a year ago that had a bunch of people asking for it). I’m also surprised that I appear to be the only one who has noticed it missing, at least judging from my search here and on Google.
