Got the premium version and did not work at all

  • I tested the free version of this plugin and saw a good potential of it for my needs, so I purchased the premium version, but it was a disaster. I spent around 10 hours trying to make it work with the features that the developer offered with no success. Then I contacted the developer and he told me “You need to wait until our developers have time”, which disappointed me even more. I requested my money back and they said “No, sorry”. So I suggest, you don’t loose your time here.

    I ended up using a custom “Google My Maps” map that works great in my web. Sad I did not know these maps were so great, when I embed them in a WP site. a

    User purchased the premium version over weekend in which we are not providing support as most people rest.
    He asked for help and we responded that we can provide this help over the next business day. The above description is far from the truth. We never said “until the develop will have time” but “when he will be back at the beginning of the week”
    Apart from this this forum is about the free version and not the premium plugin. Sorry the user is using this in such a wrong way
