    Unfortunately I have no specific error to report. I just keep getting an email from Apple saying there was an error with the submission and the podcast submission completely disappears from my iTunes connect dashboard. Should I contact Apple?

    Yeah, I think that contacting them would be the best since we can not detect any issues with your feed. All checks are passing correctly.
