My blog crashed using WP Automatic Upgrade plugin

  • I just tried to upgrade my wordpress blog using the WordPress Automatic Upgrade plugin.

    Everything was OK until the last step, where it says:
    Congratulations!!! All the files have been upgraded to the latest version. Please CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE THE FINAL STEP

    When I clicked this, I got this message:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_option() in /home/ondoin/public_html/wp-admin/upgrade.php on line 5
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_option() in /home/ondoin/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php on line 9

    After trying to see if I could fix it, I finally deleted the plugin with Filezilla. But the blog doesn’t work. My home page is simply a blank page.

    What is wrong and how can I fix this problem?
