Loosing delivery date after checkout

Hi,

Thank you for sharing the URL of your website.

I have checked at our site and chosen the delivery date on the product page. And after that, I had placed an order for my product. I have noticed that delivery date is showing on the order received the page.

Can you please share the screenshot of your setting with us? Also, please let me know the product type which you have added to the cart and place an order for the product?

Thank you for the response.

This is really strange because it just doesn’t work for us. I tested it with all the plugins deactivated, only the theme, Woocommerce and Product delivery date plugin – with the same result, the delivery date disappears after check out. The same result when theme switched to Twenty Fifteen theme, Woocommerce aтв Product delivery page. So it’s not theme conflict or other plugins conflict.

Further testing showed the following:

We have two types of products on our site:
– Regular Woocommerce products that people can buy from the site and pay immediately.
– Products that can’t be bought right away, only added to quote request.

So with ‘add to quote’ products your plugin works as it supposed to work.

But with Woocommerce variable product with 2 variations to choose from, it works like I said – it lets me pick a date, shows it before the checkout, loses it after check out completely. Variations are taken from attributes.

I tested it now with simple product, it worked. So the problem is with variable products then.

I apologize for the delay in reply. As I was on leave due to Ganesh Chaturthi festival in India and weekend.

I have tried to replicate the issue and I am able to replicate the same issue on my site. I have chosen two variations for variable product and chosen the delivery date on the product page. The delivery date is not showing after checkout on order details page and in the order confirmation email too.

Once I will fix the issue, I will get back to you with a response.

I have the same issue , i am not getting delivery dates in email as well as in order page. Before placing an order its showing the delivery date but after placed the order its not showing anywhere.

We have fixed the issue where the delivery date was not shown after checkout for a variable product. And we will release this fix in our next plugin update.
