Hi, i installed the plugin and setup the plugin.

But after some tests, GA is not tracking the goals. Can i send you access to the page or some screenshots?

Also when i inspect the submit button, there is no additional code. Maybe there is an error?

    thanks!

I can’t find your form to leave any tests, but there’s a lot that can be wrong here.

Go into Google Analytics real-time and leave a test form entry and see if that triggers as a first step in troubleshooting.

I checked your GA code, and that looks fine.

Ronald, I seemt o be having the same problem. I follow the directions and copied/pasted the information from the analytics goals into the matching plugin fields. But not events seem to trigger and nothing showing on reports.

Are you using the measurement protocol or the JS only technique. I had someone in the past that rolled their own analytics code and solution there was to use Monster Insights to insert the GA code.

I am using the measurement protocol.

I just did a test on my website with Google Analytics using the measurement protocol and things went fine.

Just to confirm, there are no events even in real time using the plugin?

Some people using PHP 7 have had issues with the plugin. Is that the case here? Are you by chance getting any PHP errors in your error log with this plugin?

I managed to fix the issue by updating Gravity Forms to the latest version. When I went back to check the settings, the feeds were not there. I try to reinput them and got the “Are you sure you want to do this error” other people have posted about (which I did not get before). I followed the advice from those threads, realized my version was really rather dated. Updating fixed it right away.
