Images

  • Hello, I am unable to crop images (for header) after upload. I have tried 3 different browsers, have tried clearing all caches, have tried deactivating all installed plugins. Also, I am *sometimes* unable to upload images into the Media Library (maybe it has something to do with too small file size?). I am running the Astrid theme. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

  • What happens if you switch to another theme? Or deactivate all plugins?

    Never heard of an issue caused by an upload that was too small. Too large, yes, but never too small…

    I tried switching themes and deactivating all plugins, but I still get the errors: unable to upload new images and unable to crop the images that are uploaded.
