Booking by the hour

    Hi There
    I have been fiddling with Pinpoint and find it quite complicated and I can’t decide if it can do what I need. I have a client with a number of meeting rooms available for rent by the hour and I need a solution which will display a list of the meeting rooms on each day with the available hours for each marked. The client should then be able to select the times they want to book for and enter their contact details. Can Pinpoint be set to do this?

    I installed the free version and set up the calendar for Meeting Room 1 but it shows every day as being booked for some unknown reason. Very confusing…

    Hello,

    You will need a calendar for each meeting room. You have availability for both hours and days at the same time.

    If you want to enable hours you need to go to ” edit calendar settings”-> Hours settings and enable ” use hours”.
