    Hi there,

    When I use [user:firstname | user:lastname | default:subscriber] to personalize my newsletter, every word of the last name is written with a capital letter. Some Names require lowercase letters, like “Michael von Musterland”.

    How do I force the Newsletter to exactly show the Name like it is written in the “last name” field at the user statistic?
