Posts grid view

  • I’m confused about how to setup a grid view for my posts. It seems I can only chose column views via customiser. The image on the website for the Hueman theme (https://www.ads-software.com/themes/hueman/) shows a featured post and below two posts side by side.

    How can I create a similar layout just for my main Posts page. I want to have all of my posts available in a grid format below a featured post. I am using Hueman free (3.3.20) currently not Hueman Pro

  • Hi,

    First of all, your posts needs to be in a category.
    You can create a category and name it featured.
    Tag posts to your featured category.

    Please go to Appearance -> Customize -> Main Body Design -> Post Lists Design and Content

    Find the option -> Feature posts on top of your blog
    Check the checkbox

    Find the option -> Select a category to feature
    Check the checkbox

    Find the option -> Featured Post Count
    Select the number of posts to show.

    Find the option -> Animate your featured posts with a slideshow
    Check the checkbox.

    Save Changes.

    Hello,

    My version of your theme was obtained through Bluehost. It’s free, of course. However, my version which is 3.3.20 release does not contain the Blog Design and Content option in the Customizer – not any way to set up grid. Please advise.
