We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with our plugin. It was designed purposefully to only collect name and email for various reasons.
Our goal was to create a really easy to use plugin that increased conversion rates for its users. As such we have only included the bare minimum of fields.
This serves the purpose of keeping the plugin easy to use, as we are not dealing with many customizable fields that all work differently across different email providers, and also, research also suggests that the less fields you have the higher your conversion rates.
We apologize that this upset you enough to leave a one star review. They’re are many plugins out there designed to collect additional information, but ours is not of them. If you feel you were mislead by any of our material, please let us know so we can address that.
