Submissions screen showing lots of repeated submissions

    Why is Ninja Forms suddenly displaying lots and lots of repeated submissions? At first I thought the user clicked way too many times on the SUBMIT button but then I noticed that all of these are the same # (and the EDIT link is also the same) so these aren’t repeat submissions stored on the database, but submissions displayed multiple times by Ninja Forms.

    The plugin has been last updated on august 6 and WordPress has been last updated on august 11, but this problem only appeared recently. Any ideas on what’s going on?
