in free version you cannot modify a TODO/Appointment.You have to cancel the Todo and make a new one.
We’re about to release an Advanced CRM addon with a more user-friendly scheduler where you can move/clone/modify an event.
This addon has many other features, such as:
– users import from other plugins (i.e. woocommerce)
– custom datasets (i.e. customers, suppliers, partners…)
– custom fields (text, select, radio button, checkbox, date)
– file upload for customers
– sending of emails to customers with documents attached (invoices and quotations)
– custom template for agents (optionable)
