Widget on mobiles

  • Hello,

    I can’t see the widget on mobiles. I have a boxed layout and on tablets (landscape view) it’s there but out of the box.

    What can I do?

    In which mobile device you are not able to see the widget?

    Also, let me know the browser name.

    Which theme are you using? It’s Free or Premium?

    Can’t see it on phones. Tablets just on landscape view but there it’s too big.

    Browser: Safari and Chrome

    Theme: Premium. Divi from Elegantthemes

    As initial investigate this is due to Theme. Any theme media query making this section hide. We also digging to find out the solution for you.
