Can’t see contact form plug-in

Hi, I just installed a plug-in called Contact Form 7. I was hoping it might show up on my homepage at https://theriveroflife.com/ but I can’t see it. I have activated the pages widget in case it would appear on a page, but that hasn’t done anything. Does anybody know what I need to do to get it working?
