On page order, I cannot upload any file

  • When I go on page order detail, the following string appears instead of File Upload field:
    “The order status has been changed so you cannot upload files contact Site Admin.”

    I don’t understand how to solve since all option I think are set right

    The order in “on pending” status. I need to allow customers to upload file since now till order completed
