I can’t comment with plugin activated

Hello guys,

I would love to use this plugin, but is not working in my site.
I mean, is working when I create a post, but is not working in comments. It disables completely the box and no one can’t write in there.

Check before plugin and after plugin.

Is there any fix for this?
