Space between header and page content

    Hello,

    I am very much enjoying the theme however as you can see at slothitude.com there is a lot of space between the header and webpage content. I’d like to fit as much as possible above the fold, either by removing the header altogether and adding the site logo myself or reducing the space between the header and page content.
