I have twice now. This is a live production site and I cannot give admin login info. Please let me know what logs you need or give me a version of the plugin that does not require a login so I can at least backup before going further.

@rrestani, isn’t this your ticket #351753? I’ve already sent you the package which doesn’t require authentication. Haven’t you receive my answer yet? Could you please check your ticket and keep me posted about your progress?
