PLEASE help! My images are blurry and icons are not displayed

  • the problem is on some devices the icons (on the right sticky bar, and the move to top button) work. But for most of them they dont. The icons that are on the body of the page work now since i replaced them with icons that i uploaded myself. For the other icons it didnt work out to exchange them with my own icons.
    In addition the images appear all blurry on most devices and only if i refresh the page they appear sharp. Please i need fast help with this!

    Is there any way to contact your theme authors about this? We can only help with themes that are downloaded from www.ads-software.com.

    The images are blurry because your theme is displaying thumbnails first.

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
