URGENT – Site down after updating to the latest version

Join the club! All of the sites administrate were also down after this update. I had to remove the plug-in files from 11 WordPress installations today. That was not fun.

These guys should be struck off the wordpress developer program. I was out last night and had auto updates and every site went dead. Ruined my night and possibly my bussiness. Monkeys.

Been causing crashes and 500 errors

Can some one tell me how to remove it?

Access your web files via ftp or ssh and navigate to the /wp-content/plugins/ folder. Either rename, move, or delete the “captcha” folder.

Thank you for all the help and instructions. My site is back now. But I still need a plugin to protect my site. What would you guys all recommend?
