• Customers who purchase downloadable items are never presented with a link to download the product.

    When should this link appear? It is not on the confirmation page.

    I have discovered that the Order Complete emails are going to user’s spam folder.

    I believe this is because the emails are being sent from the WordPress Admin email account, which is the incorrect domain/different from the actual site.

    How do I change this? I do not see an option under Woocomm > Settings > Email.

    I did change the recipient email for new orders to the correct email address, but this did not change the send from email on completed orders, it is still set to the WP Admin email account.

    I have fixed the email from address issue, but completed order emails are still going to customer’s spam folders.

    Anyone have suggestions as to how to fix this?
