Since upgrade, broken, no support

I was using an older version when I saw that a newer version was being offered with more templates. As there was no auto update offered I deleted the old Accordion Pro plugin and installed the new one. Big Mistake. I have not been able to make any changes and have them saved. Also, in anything but IE the app is very clunky and doesn’t even show some features. The very issue I am dealing with has already been asked on their support forums with no reply. Lots of potential but now, just a waste of money.
