User registration and further details

Hi

I’d like to capture a user’s personal information and expand on the details required, I think I can use Ultimate Member to do that. I’d then like the user to complete different fields dependent on the service they want – dog walking, pet sitting, pet taxi. I could probably find a plugin that could give me fields based on the selection from a pull down, but a user might start off with dog walking and then add pet sitting, so I want a one user to multiple service, with a different ‘questionnaire’ for each service. What would be better is if I had a one user to multiple pet relationship and a one pet to multiple service relationship. The details should only be visible to the user and admin, which is why I thought I’d extend the user details (open to suggestions though). Any guidance would be appreciated, thanks.
