    Hi!

    I am trying to design a background image for my coming soon page, but because all monitors and browser windows are different sizes, it’s not very responsive. I left a middle chunk of the image blank to fit the logo and text but as you resize it’s not working and it doesn’t work on mobile.

    Do you have any suggestions? Wasn’t sure if a container was the right way or not.

    Thanks!

    Hi there, I’ve fixed it by using just one image rather than trying to put loads of images on one background image.

    One more question though – my instagram icon has disappeared and I’m not sure why – can you see why at all?

    Hello there, it seems the instagram icon is there, but it is in white color, so it is very hard to see. You should be able to change it via colors settings.

    if not, simply put custom css

    .social-list.body i {color: #474747}

    or any other desired color.

    Also, there is a grey color for icon hover background, which can be changed by css code:

    .social-list.body a:hover { background-color: #4a494a;}

    to any other color.

    Hope it helps, Alex

    Hi – problem fixed it was at my end!

    One more question though – I promise!

    I’m integrated with Mailchimp, so when users input their email address, it has a sentence advising to check their inbox. Is there any way to add something like ‘check your junk folder’ or similar?

    I notice when I test with a hotmail account it goes straight to junk.

    Thanks!

    Any text on subscribe or contact form created by Mailchimp would be the settings of Mailchimp form.

    I am using MailChimp for WordPress plugin and it has settings under: Mailchimp settings > Forms > messages.

    Hope it helps, Alex
