Disable Lens but keep the normal zoom overlay

    When I disable the plugin SMART VARIATIONS IMAGES and move my mouse over the product picture, there is a nice zoom effect (the whole image area is zoomed in).

    When I enable SMART VARIATIONS IMAGES, and move my mouse over the product image, there is a magnifying lens effect which I do not like.

    I see in the plugin an option to turn OFF the lens effect, however that doesn’t restore the default mouse over effect that I like…

    Is there a way to have SVI enabled with the lens option turned OFF, AND restore the previous zoom effect that is not managed by SVI ?

    Hi,

    No thats not possible due to the fact that I have to replace the original theme section of the images to make my plugin working.
    Since your theme is not expecting this, it will not work.
    Have a Look at my pro version to see if if accomplishes what you want.
