    (apologies for my English)

    I use the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin to send SMTP emails, also the Email-Templates plugin, and work very well together, allowing SMTP to send and customize notifications. However, the Catchers Helpdesk and Ticket system for SMTP service does not support Email Templates.

    Hi. We have an option to set up email templates. Not much, but basics logo and signature. You can use it for emails.

    Sorry, but now we didn’t plan to integrate with e-mail template plugin. If you have any question – please do not hesitate to send us a message.
