Best Free Chat Plugin I’ve found!

I spent quite a bit of time looking for a live chat plugin that would work well with our website and would do everything we needed- PureChat provided! It has dashboard notifications and sends emails when chats are sent offline (they even have a great mobile app!). Also, you can customize the color and look of the chat box. Really has a lot of great free features and even more in the paid version. Would highly recommend! PLUS, their help support is great and very responsive.
