Possible to remove the Month/Day/Year from submission?

Your app is super simple to use and looks sleek! Thank you for your efforts and releasing this to the community ??

So the question that I have is this… Whereas, we need the disclaimer to pop-up and notify, we’re trying to skip over where you have to fill out the Month, Day & Year. (ie: they can just click submit to enter, confirming that they saw the message)

I saw that the counter (for the age set) could go to negative values (like 0 & -1), so I was like, “oh killer! maybe -1 would disable that area”… but it keeps saying “day/year is invalid or empty”, so that won’t work.

I know enough to be able to go in and hack it apart to reach my desired results, but I wanted to pass this note over to you. Mostly because:
1) maybe there is a way and i’m just overlooking the instructions?
2) if there isn’t that option, it’s a few fairly painless code edits to make the -1 disable the area and/or a checkbox that does it as well. as an example, if you used the checkbox to disable the area, it’d still say the age “you need to be 18 to enter”, but not actually verify that to enter.
