    Questions:
    (1) Does your plugin work with any theme?
    (2) Can you have manual or auto approval?
    (3) Can Admins review the application form before approval?
    (4) Does your plugin work with peepso or symposium plugins?
    (5) Do you have field types: 1 to 10 ratings, matrix questions, agree/disagree, true/false type fields?

    So here is the flow to help you understand what I am looking for:
    (1) Potential Members fills out form
    (2) Admin gets filled out form and looks it over
    (3) Admin approves/denies user
    (4) Once approve member has access to site with symposium plugin on it. This includes login access to symposium?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Our plugin have all the requested features, except 5th one. You can use radio buttons for agree/disagree and true/false fields. Because there is no matrix question field option.
