WordPress Loop with inline Lifestream

Lifestream plugins now generally import entries from specified feeds. What about the blog on WordPress where the lifestream itself resides? Sure, I can add my own feed into the lifestrea, but that’s beside the point. Some plugins can simply create digests at the end of the day and post it on the blog. What if i did stuff before, between and after two blog posts on a single day? Then they wouldn’t really be in chronological order.

Is there some way to do this? A lifestream inline with wordpress’ Loop?
