registration is not longer possible

    Hi,
    since the morning the plugin is not working. it is not possible to registrate for emails… don’t know what went wrong, does’nt change anything in the backend.

    Yes, we are having the same issue.

    Firefox JS Console Error: “TypeError: target is undefined”

    Chrome Console Error: “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘parentElement’ of undefined”

    On Line 7 of es-widget-page.js

    I checked the plugin with 3.3.7(latest version) and everything seems to be perfectly fine.
    Please refer to the plugin documentation once to check if things are configured correctly.

    Also Check it by dectivating all other plugins and by just using this one plugin. If it works well then some other plugin is misbehaving.

    we have the same problem.
    Right now clicking the “subscribe” button does nothing but to give an error into the Chrome console:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘parentElement’ of undefined
    at es_submit_pages (es-widget-page.js?ver=4.7.6:7)
    at HTMLInputElement.onclick ((index):986)

    What can we do?

    I tried replicating the issue but I am unable to replicate it at my end.
    Could you please provide me a screenshot of the error?
