• Hi,

    My client is not able to login. I updated everything and couldn’t find the same error on the forum. I can login where I am (Oregon, United States) but he can’t login from where he is (New York, US). Worked for a year or so, then stopped sometime over the last month. US is and has been whitelisted.

    I disabled and deleted the plugin so he could get in. I would like to use the plugin, though, as it cuts down on to many attempts to hack the site.

    He receives the error that is the title of this thread: Sorry, your request cannot be accepted.

    I’m sorry to inconvenience you and your customers.

    You know some of the similar issues were reported in this forum. Actually, version 3.0.4.1 and 3.0.4.2 had a bug reported in this topic. The immediate cause of this issue was the number of login fail was counted illegally.

    I hope that the issue was fixed in 3.0.4.3. Furthermore, if you put your IP address into the “Whitelist of extra IP addresses prior to country code (CIDR, ASN)“, “Sorry, your request cannot be accepted” issue should be avoided even if you exceed the limit of login attempts.

    So I hope you to keep using this plugin and watch if the issue was fixed or not.
