Hi, I have used the ‘Widget Display’ plugin for years until the recent problems. I installed your plugin as a replacement, and used the migration tool you provided.

Everything seemed fine except for the alignment of the 4 widgets I have in the footer. They should display side-by-side, but your plugin is only displaying 3 side-by-side and dropping one below. I made sure to clear the cache and deactivate the old plugin, but the problem remains. I have images below showing the problem.

Incorrect footer widget alignment with ‘Widget Options’ activated:

Correct footer widget alignment with old ‘Display Widget’ plugin:

I deactivated your plugin and reactivated the old display widget plugin in the mean time.

    Thanks!

  • Hi @bkglass,

Thank you very much for choosing Widget Options! Regarding your concern, the theme you are using probably are not using the default widget class to each widget items. Can you try this version and go to Settings > Widget Options then on Classes & ID settings configuration check the option that will remove the automatic addition of the widget class. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

    Cheers,
    Jeffrey
