    I’d be happy to help you out with the issue, but can you explain in detail,

    What exactly are you trying to do?
    What shortcode you are trying to integrate?

    There is nothing that I hate more than someone giving a product a 1 star review because they could not get it to work. This is an abuse of the rating system and it does not help other users such as myself that are trying to evaluate if the plugin is worth trying.
