    Hi:

Can you tell us more about your installation? Is this a brand new install of Awesome Support or are you upgrading from another installation?

Do you have any other plugins that are using the TITAN FRAMEWORK?

If you temporarily disable other plugins does the issue go away?

    Thanks very much!

    Hi:

We just did a brand new install on wpengine.com and didn’t encounter any issues. Is there a particular setting you’re changing?

    Thanks.

Also, can you double-check your PHP version? It should be 5.6 or later.

    Thanks.

In setting page if I change anything and click save it shows that error. And my php version is 7.1 . Ok Let check another server and If I get any issue I will give you the server access.
    Thanks
