BASC payment method not working

Hello there

I am having problem with direct bank transfer payment method, when i choose bank transfer nothing happens , it keeps loading and after sometime it says “Gateway Tiemout”. I am using paypal too , that works fine. Just the bank transfer is problem. I have tried switching the theme to twenty seventeen, didn’t work.

Can you please help as soon as possible.
