Hiding results after user has submitted response and display thank you message

    Hi,

    Is there any way you can hide the results after a user has submitted their response, and show a thank you message instead, such as “Thank you for completing the survey.”?

    The plugin version I am using is 1.1.3 and the poll theme I am using is Total Soft Poll 1.
