Request a Quote button not showing

  • Hi, I am using a YITH theme (desire sexy shop), with all the YITH plugins that came with the theme and is also recommended for the theme. (all from (YITH)

    I have several problems:
    1. Request a quote is not showing on products page
    2. I cannot scroll my website with a mouse scroll
    3. I have loaded a header picture, but it doesn’t show
    4. Live chat requires fire-base application, I have been to their site and its absolutely Greek to me, don’t know where or what to sign up for.
    5. Everywhere in the documentation there is mention of a product slider, (not the logo slider, this I found) I even had a look at the code it is there too, however cant find it’anywhere in the backend, also no short code for it? Under short codes “Shop” there are no codes loaded.

    I would really appreciate it if someone who has worked with this theme or YITH plugins can please help or make suggestions.
