No Change With “Override ‘From’ Details” Change

I am a new plugin user, and it is sending emails successfully that show as being “mailed-by” the correct domain (a subdomain) on my live website.
The test emails from within the Mailgun admin panel come across from my mailgun “from address” but all other emails are defaulting to the previously set email regardless of the setting of the “Override “From” Details” toggle.
This does not appear to be causing an issue, but may for other users.
