Google Maps not working

    Hi,

    We recently ran our wordpress updates and updated the plugin and have now found that the google maps isn’t pulling through for each event.

    Is this something with the plugin?

  • I am having a similar issue. During the CSV import preview the flags for Map Link and Event Show Map are set as 1 and to import (same as I’ve always had). But after the import the maps do not show, and when I edit the event both boxes are unchecked.

    John — thanks for posting but as suggested in the forum guidelines I’d encourage you to create your own topic for this.

    Though there does seem to be a bit of overlap with the original post, yours is clearly connected to CSV imports so the core problem may be different. Thanks!

    @onlinetoolbox — sorry to hear about the problem. What I’d recommend as an initial first step is adding a Google Maps API key, if you don’t already have one in place.

    Fantastic: it’s especially worthwhile here as we can see the classic errors from Google’s mapping code complaining about the absence of an API key.
