Wanted to love it, but problem after problem

First issue was constant trouble logging in after installing the plugin. Then I couldn’t log in at all. Then an update wiped out my selections of which files and folders to backup. Then another update logged me out of those websites I had successfully logged into previously, and of course, I then could not log back in since that problem was never resolved. I do have to compliment the support staff as they were responsive, which was quite refreshing. However, I’m frustrated with this plugin and am moving onto another plugin that does incremental backups.
