• Hi there, since about 5 days I get duplicate orders…The customers get’s a error on the checkout page so submit again and again…The result is the same order being process multiple times…

    Any clue or suggestions on how to fix that…?

    I was not able to reproduce the error on my side unfortunatly so I’m not sure what is causing it…!

    Any suggestions are most welcome…

    So the payment is processing but it looks like it fails on screen? Can you provide more details about what the actual error is? Do you have logs enabled we can review? “Customer gets an error” really doesn’t help much. ??

    I have had this same problem for many months now. Still not resolved. Boozoo, can we compare Woocommerce status pages? I have logs enabled also on the status page, but all it shows is that the payment was submitted multiple times. There is no actual error code, and I can’t past the logs here because they contain sensitive customer info.

    Hi @rocketrobin, Can you confirm what the version of Paypal for Woo , WC and which theme you are using?
