Nice functionality but expensive

  • I actually changed from a different service thinking I was going to do better on price and functionality. I am disappointed to find that the price is very difficult for my early startup business and the free version is useless. I am also disappointed to find that my international clients cannot see their portal in their own language. Something in the description led me to believe that would be possible. That said, there are lots of great options and I find this product to be very useful for managing my contacts, calendar, and email marketing. I hope that vcita continues to integrate additional marketing and calendar management functionality. Mostly I hope they creat a portal that will allow people internationally to see in their language. Overall, I like the product and plan to keep it as long as I can afford to pay for it.

    Thanks you for your feedback. At this time, we do only support one language at a time. Providing an interface that allows for more language flexibility is something other customers have also asked for, so I will be happy to add your voice to this request as well.
