Need to Generate Thumbnail of Videos

Hi, i am using your plugin and its working really amazing, I am also using another plugin to generate auto thumbnails from videos and set it as featured image of the post. If i embed a link manually it generates a thumbnail but as for related video we use a shortcode therefore it does not seams to read any video in the post. Is there any possibility of generating a thumbnail for the videos added through related video plugin.
