Custom audience size limit

    I have installed Pixel Caffeine Plugin and I have created the custom audience for a specific page and it tracked 800 people on the same day it was installed. But now size is not increasing. So is there any size limit for the custom audience? If not, please help me out with the solution.

    Hi, I’m very sorry for the delay, I had totally missed this topic!

    About your issue, have you tried to click the “refresh” button near the counter? Or better, have you checked the audience size also in business manager/facebook ads manager?

    Also, make sure you have pixel helper extension installed, in order to check that the pixel is always fired without any problem.
