Responder message cuts off the last letter of the senders name

Hi there,

The link show the problem. When the customer sends me a message through my site https://www.riihonmajatalo.fi/tarjouspyynto/

or

https://www.riihonmajatalo.fi/yhteys/

It happens every time. Not matter how long or short the name is, the last letter in the “title” section is missing. Futher down the message the name is shown right though.

How can I fix this?
