    My paypal checkout worked very well till 10th on September but now I get this error.

    There’s a problem with your shipping address.
    Please return to the merchant and update your information, including your city, state, and ZIP code.

    Has anyone else had the same issue?

    We’re not aware of any problems that would cause this error. If you’re still having this problem, can you please send the link to your site so we can try adding some products to cart and take a look what happens at the checkout?
